Frequently asked questions
Which OTAs and booking channels can I connect to LODGIC360?
LODGIC360 supports connections to Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Hostelworld, alongside your own booking engine, Google and metasearch. You manage connected channels from one system rather than separate extranets. If your hotel uses a channel that is not yet supported, we assess the possibility of a custom connection with you.
Do direct website bookings and OTA bookings use the same system?
Yes, direct bookings through your own booking engine enter the same system as your connected OTA channels. The CMS connects directly to the PMS, avoiding duplicate data entry. Changes made in the PMS are automatically sent to connected channels, with availability synchronised in real time.
How do I add a new booking channel for my hotel?
You can open a supported channel in LODGIC360 in a few clicks, with guidance for the initial mapping. This establishes the correspondence between your hotel data and the channel. For a channel that is not yet supported, we assess a custom connection together rather than assume an existing connector is available.
Can I choose which room types appear on each OTA?
Yes, LODGIC360 provides channel-specific rules for choosing which room types and conditions are visible on each connected channel. You manage these settings in the same system as your other booking channels. This lets you adapt your offering by channel while keeping the CMS directly connected to the PMS.
How will I know if a booking channel fails to synchronise?
Every synchronisation error is logged in LODGIC360 and reported immediately, making problems with connected channels visible. These error logs sit alongside central channel management rather than leaving synchronisation failures unreported. You also have local Belgian support and a single point of contact for the integrated platform.
