    Frequently asked questions

How do I charge restaurant and bar orders to a guest’s room?

LODGIC360 POS connects directly to the PMS, allowing guests to charge restaurant and bar orders to their room. Orders are automatically assigned to the correct room account and appear on the final invoice at check-out. Staff do not need to enter those orders again in a separate hotel system.

Can I manage several hotel outlets in one POS system?

LODGIC360 POS supports the restaurant, bar, wellness bar and other outlets within a single platform. Each outlet can have its own menu and reporting, so you can manage locations separately. All outlets remain directly connected to the PMS, allowing room charges to form part of the guest’s final hotel invoice.

Does the hotel POS include a table plan and kitchen display?

LODGIC360 POS includes an interactive floor plan showing tables, seats and table status, with options to move tables and change capacity. Orders appear on the kitchen display in real time. Separate views for the hot kitchen, cold kitchen and bar show orders to the relevant work area.

What POS hardware can I use in my hotel restaurant?

LODGIC360 supplies the full Sunmi hardware range alongside its POS software, including compact handheld terminals, tills, kitchen printers and customer displays. The hardware is designed to work with the POS system used by the restaurant and bar. This brings the software and hardware offering together with a direct connection to the hotel PMS.

Is the POS part of the hotel platform, and can it be customised?

LODGIC360 POS shares one database with the PMS, RMS and CMS rather than operating as a separate till system. Check-in, check-out, room payments and POS run on the same platform. Hotels can commission custom adaptations and their own functions to reflect how they operate, with local Belgian support.
