How do the CMS and restaurant POS work with the PMS?
The CMS connects directly to the PMS and synchronises availability with booking channels without duplicate entry. The restaurant and bar POS can post consumption directly to a guest’s room account. Both use the platform’s shared data rather than operating as separate applications that require external connectors to the PMS.
Where is my hotel data hosted and how is it protected?
LODGIC360 runs in the cloud and is hosted in the European Union. The platform uses encryption and backups, and the company has cyber insurance. PMS, RMS, CMS and POS share one database within the platform, while connections to external cloud systems use its API architecture.
