LODGIC360 offers the Sunmi D3 Pro for reception, checkout and bar use, with a 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen and aluminium housing. An optional 10-inch customer display is available. Can the Sunmi customer display also work as an ordering terminal?
The 11-inch Sunmi cPad can function as either a customer display or a standalone ordering terminal. It has a rotating HD touchscreen, a built-in NFC reader and Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity. Within the LODGIC360 POS hardware range, its intended uses include customer-facing displays, self-service and ordering points.
Which handheld POS device is suitable for table service and outdoor terraces?
The Sunmi M3 is the mobile device in the LODGIC360 range for table service, terraces and events. It has a 6.75-inch HD+ touchscreen, an octa-core processor, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. The device has an IP65 protection rating against dust and water, together with long battery life.
Which payment terminal is supported, and can purchases be charged to a room?
The Stripe Terminal S710 integrates with LODGIC360 Payments and supports payment cards and contactless payments. It has a 4-inch colour touchscreen, with Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity. Separately, LODGIC360 POS can post purchases directly to a guest’s room account through its direct connection to the PMS within the same platform.
How do I order POS hardware, and what warranty is included?
As a LODGIC360 customer, you can order recommended hardware directly from your own POS environment, with your details filled in automatically. Payment is available online or by bank transfer, and a two-year manufacturer warranty is included. LODGIC360 also provides local Belgian support and offers software adaptations and custom features for individual hotels.
