You activate online reservations and share your booking link on your hotel website or social media, or embed the booking form using an iframe. Guests choose a date, an available time and their party size. They can book outside opening hours without downloading an app or creating an account.

You configure daily lunch and dinner shifts, set a maximum number of covers and add closure dates. The system also takes table capacity and existing reservations into account when determining availability. Guests only see available time slots when they make an online restaurant reservation.
Are tables assigned automatically, and can staff change the assignment?
LODGIC360 automatically assigns the most suitable table to each booking and displays the reservation on your floor plan. Staff can also view all reservations in a daily overview. From the management interface, they can change reservation statuses or reassign a table with one click.

Restaurant reservations can be linked to hotel rooms so that checked-in guests can book a table directly. The reservation function is part of the POS, within the same platform as the PMS, RMS and CMS. The POS also supports posting restaurant and bar consumption directly to the room account.
What do I need to configure before accepting online table bookings?
First, create your tables in the floor plan with the correct number of seats. Then configure opening hours, lunch and dinner shifts, and the maximum number of covers. Once you activate online reservations and publish your booking link or iframe, new bookings appear in your reservation overview and floor plan.
